Güde The Knife – Innovation trifft Solinger Handwerk

"The Knife" by GÜDE - a visual and functional innovation.

The traditional Solingen forge GÜDE has followed the chefs' lead and "reinvented" the chef's knife with "The Knife."

The innovative design allows the amateur cook to automatically grip "The Knife" like a professional chef. The thumb and index finger form a U and securely grasp the blade. The middle finger is conveniently "parked" in the finely crafted recess at the end of the blade.

This places the center of gravity perfectly in the center of the hand, ensuring fatigue-free work. No transitions are distracting, all lines flow smoothly. This automatically guarantees the correct grip position and a comfortable hand rest. A breathtakingly beautiful chef's knife – forged from a single piece.
