Buckels knife

Born from the rural tradition of Germany, this knife with its special blade shape has been manufactured in our company for over 140 years according to the principle of the “Solingen thin grind”.
The “buckle blade”, also called an old German table knife, shows its unique character with its distinctive shape, shaped by its special tasks, namely cutting and slicing.
It's wide for precise cutting, sharp, so you don't need to use another knife even for tough sausages, and the rounded tip allows you to spread a precious commodity like butter sparingly and thinly. Its smooth, thin edge cuts bread and especially rolls without leaving unwanted clumps of crumb in the middle. It doesn't require a serrated edge. The blade is made of stainless steel.
Like all classic Windmühle knives, it has a beautiful, comfortable wooden handle. A sharp all-rounder for the kitchen and the table.
