This kitchen knife is one of the absolute classics of the Windmühle knives. It features an elongated, traditional oval handle and has been part of our range for over 80 years. It is, of course, ground to our "Solingen thin grind" and finely polished by hand. The blade is made of carbon steel with a hardness of approximately 56-57 HRC (Rockwell hardness).
