The Güde Alpha Olive salmon knife with a 32 cm blade length.
With this knife, you can slice salmon and remove the skin. Many customers also use it to slice delicate ham.
The blades are hand-forged and made from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel. Further processing involves over 40 manual steps. The handle scales are made of select olive wood that's up to 500 years old. This wood is very hard, weather-resistant, and has a strong grain, making it particularly elegant. The blade is rust-proof, ice-hardened, and hand-sharpened. The handle is not dishwasher-safe.
